Specialist Neurologist

Requirements for employment:
  • Studies: Higher medical studies.
  • Certificate of obtaining the degree (specialist, mayor).
  • Authorization of free practice and valid malpraxis.
Knowledge, skills, abilities, competences:
  • PC operating, Microsoft Office package.
  • Good knowledge of English – written and spoken.

Duties and responsibilities:

Job description
  • In any interaction with the patient, respect the principles of patient-centered care, seeking to ensure a better experience of the patient within the Center;
  • Takes over the patient who appears in the cabinet

  • Asks the patient for the medical documents underlying the investigation: the referral ticket from the medical specialists, other relevant medical documents (paraclinical investigation bulletins, hospital exit ticket, etc.)
  • Draws up and records the patient presentation sheet
  • Respects and implements the doctor’s indications regarding the medical documents carried out inside the cabinet (applies the patient’s treatment, makes records, gives support in carrying out investigations, etc.)
  • Respects professional secrecy and the code of ethical and deontological conduct

Medical Radiology-Imaging Assistant (MRI)

Requirements for employment:
  • Vocational training: post-secondary health studies.
  • Specializations (improvements): medical radiology assistant.
  • Experience level: minimum 6 months MRI operation experience.

Duties and responsibilities:
  • In any interaction with the patient, respect the principles of patient-centered care, seeking to ensure a better experience of the patient within the Center
  • Take over the patient who presents in the imaging laboratory
  • Request the patient the medical documents underlying the investigation: the referral ticket from the specialist doctor, other relevant medical documents (paraclinical investigation bulletins, hospital discharge tickets, etc.)
  • Apply the patient questionnaire, assist and guide the patient to complete the consent form regarding the conduct of the investigation
  • Prepares the patient for the investigation
  • Performs the investigation strictly following the doctor’s instructions
  • Uses and keeps in good condition the equipments and the instrumentation provided and notifies any malfunction in order to keep it in perfect working condition
  • It ensures the record of the imaging investigations
  • Participates in the recording of patient data in the imaging laboratory database
  • Respects the professional secrecy and the code of ethical and deontological conduct of the medical assistant
  • It has the obligation to maintain confidentiality towards third parties (according to the regulations in force) regarding the patient identification data and the services provided to each patient

Receptionist

Requirements for employment:
  • Higher studies or high school studies (baccalaureate)
  • Thorough knowledge of PC operation (Word, Excel, Internet browsing, Outlook)
  • It is advantageous to have experience in a similar position in a medical center and experience in using the software dedicated to the reception activity
  • Good knowledge of English – written and spoken

  • He guides the patient to the medical offices, according to the schedule
  • Issues medical documents resulting from investigations, after validation by the doctor
  • Enter information into the database
  • Collect payments for medical services provided, if applicable
  • It has the obligation to maintain confidentiality with third parties (according to the regulations in force) regarding the patient’s identification data and the services provided to each patient.
